I work with buyers as a Buyer's Agent. That means that I
owe my skill, loyalty and fidelity to the best interests of you, the buyer (Missouri
Statutes, Rule and Regulations 339.740) Moving is consistently rated as one of
the most stressful event in life - Go ahead, vent. I'll listen because I am
your advocate. The Seller's Agent should protect the sellers' interests -
I'm here to protect your interests as the buyer.
As your Buyer's Agent, I will make you aware of any financing options
(including grants) and the lenders that offer them. We will look at houses that
match your budget and lifestyle and find the one that will become your home. I
will research market conditions and help you to negotiate. I will be present
when your home is inspected by as ASHI-certified engineer, ensuring your
concerns and mine are addressed. We will review the report together and
negotiate the important items. Title search, survey, appraisal, municipal
inspections and loan commitment will be on time and any issues addressed
quickly. You will move in knowing your interests came first and there is nothing
to worry about but the housewarming.
