paid my subscription but I can't login.
What are the required
criteria when registering, and what happens if I don't provide them?
I've logged in before, but I can't seem to do so now. Why?

I've
paid my subscription but I can't login.
I paid by PayPal - After
completing your payment, you should have been redirected to
the Registration page. If you weren't redirected there or
had some difficulties with that page, please send an email
to webmaster@marksellsstlouis.net
Be sure to include your name and transaction ID from your
PayPal receipt and we'll get your account activated as
quickly as possible.
I paid by check - Allow 3-5 days
for the US Postal Service to deliver the mail. If you
believe your check should have been received, call Penny at
the office (314-772-4663) or send her an email at penny@marksellsstlouis.net.
Once your check has been received, we'll send you an email
confirmation with login instructions.
I've received the email confirming my
payment and my registration, but I can't login. - The
first time you login, you need to activate your account by
using the link you received in that confirmation email. If
you can't find the email or didn't receive it for some
reason, call Penny at the office (314-772-4663) or send her
an email at penny@marksellsstlouis.net
and she'll re-send the email. (Back

What are the required
criteria when registering and what happens if I don't provide them?
The only criteria you must fill in are those specifically marked with an asterisk. The more criteria you give us, however, the better we can serve you. If you do not provide any
of the required criteria when signing up, you will be looped back to the registration page and those you have not filled in will be highlighted in pink. Please do not provide false information, as we will not be able to serve you.

I've logged in before, but I can't seem to do so now. Why?
There are a number of reasons for not being able to log in. Most obviously, you may be spelling your username or password wrong. You can type your email into the login box and check the box next to "Send my Password," then press the Login button.

I filled in all of the required criteria, but I'm being returned to the register page. What did I do wrong?
There are a number of things you may have entered wrong. Look at your screen and see what is highlighted in pink.
User Name: Your user name must consist of only "legal characters," which are a through z and 0 through 9. You may not use spaces or dashes in your user name, as that will return an error.
Password/Confirm: Two things may be wrong with this. First of all, you must have those same "legal characters" used, which means no spaces or dashes. Also, the password put into the 'password' box and the 'confirm' box must match. If they don't, you'll be greeted by two pink-highlights over the criteria that reads, "passwords don't match."
First Name / Last Name: The only thing required on these fields is your name. There should not be a problem with this, unless you forgot to fill in both boxes.
E-Mail: You must input an email, and it must be valid. If it is not, you will be given the message 'invalid email' under the field.
