Refund Policy for Cap Rate Subscription

There are no refunds on the Analysis Subscription. We have given visitors and buyers an opportunity to view the product in detail on the Sample Analysis. There are no guarantees or warranties that the kind of property you are looking for is on the market. Each piece of property is unique and the market varies each day, week, month and year. By the same token, you might find just what you're looking for in just a few days. Our goal is to give you as much information as possible so that you'll find a property, call us, visit the property and make an offer.

If you use We Sell St. Louis as your Buyer's Agent and you've purchased a subscription, we will refund the cost of your subscription period at your closing. (The refund is limited to one subscription period and the closing must occur within that subscription period.)

You can cancel your subscription by emailing penny@wesellstlouis.com (please include the email address you used to purchase the subscription) or by using the PayPal button below. Please note that we will not pro-rate the subscription for an unused period, so be sure to unsubscribe before renewal.
